I have been using this paper for last 3 years. Today I am reviewing Canson Watercolor Paper, due to some friends being asked.
Paper is considered very good for watercolor and sketching.
I did not require any external assistance to review this paper. Because my old experience is associated with this paper.
Why i recommended this Watercolor paper
I have used it so much that i can honestly put its shortcomings and goodness in front of you.
The quality of the paper is very good. Its average thickness is so much that, it makes us feel good while drawing.
It is not comfortable, while drawing on thin paper and for watercolor, thickness is enough that makes drawing fun.
Paper is available in an affordable price. So that even the beginners can buy it easily. According to the price, it is beneficial for the artist as well as the students can use it easily. It is available at a lower price than other papers.
This paper is acid free. due to which yellowing does not occur, even after many years, And the drawing made on this paper remains intact for year. It is most important thing for any artist, that the art he creates does not deteriorate, over time.
Based on my personal experience, if I say this paper, I consider it the best for watercolor. It absorbs water properly and enhances the color in such a way that the drawing gives a nice shine. The color dose not fade on this paper when mixing.
It is excellent both in terms of quality price, which is why I recommend it for beginners. Many artists use this paper, but as the price is affordable, beginners can also get good results using good quality paper.
Using large amounts of water causes wrinkles in it, which become dry right after drying. The only problem with drawing on this paper is that, after using more water, we have to wait for some time to dry it. Perhaps if we use small amounts of water, this method will not be a problem.
